We want you to love the trend-setting products you buy from us but we understand that sometimes returns happen. Please review our Return Policy before completing the Return Authorization Form below.
RETURN POLICY
- In-store purchases can not be returned online. We are happy to help you exchange or return your item at Maripoza Boutique.
- SALE and CLEARANCE ITEMS are final sale and not eligible for return.
- Cosmetics, jewelry, swimsuits, sunglasses, scarves, headbands, hairbows, hats, and belts are not eligible for return.
- You have 14 days from the day you received your order to process your return.
- Merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Please do not return items that have been tried on and have cosmetic stains. They will not be accepted as a return, and the items will be sent back to you at your expense.
- Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box without damage to the box.
- To exchange an item, please use the RMA Form below to return the item you received for a refund or store credit and then place a new order for the replacement item.
- *You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
RETURN PROCESS
- Submit the RMA Form below to begin the returns process.
- If approved, you will receive an RMA number via email. This number must be included with your return.
- Send your package back to us using the shipping method of your choice. We suggest you ship using a tracking number.
- Once your package is received, a notification will be emailed to you.
- Please allow ten business days to process the return. Refunds will be processed on the same credit card used for the original transaction.
- If the order is returned past the 14-day limit, or does not fit the return guidelines, the items will be sent back to you with a future order. We will hold non-returnable merchandise for 30 days. After 30 days, the items will be donated to charity.
Trouble with your order?
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise, you must contact Maripoza Boutique within 3 days of receipt. NO EXCEPTIONS!
